Two thirds of the most recent CIPD surveyed respondents think it would be difficult or very difficult to find a new job.

Inevitably, there will be casualties of employment in the coming months.

The difficulties faced by our Communities in having reduced employment levels is critical. Workers are part of the Social Community, which stands to be impacted massively by prolonged periods of unemployment.

The Government has indicated that they expect re-employment to be picked up by the Private Sector as they attempt to reduce employee numbers in councils and all related Public and Third Sector provision.

We have used our working knowledge of both sectors to offer a low cost exit transition programme, carefully designed to help those people affected make the move to early re-employment.
